A novel training objective is also introduced to enhance consistency in multi-modal features and encourage differentiated uni-modal features between natural and adversarial examples. The proposed framework enables learning adversarial text supervision, achieving superior cross-modal adversarial alignment and matching state-of-the-art zero-shot robustness with just 1% training data. |
