A novel approach to training Large Language Models (LLMs) is proposed to enable them to participate effectively in complex decision-making tasks. The Multi-Perspective Team Tactic (MPTT) framework uses a language logic game called “Who is Undercover?” (WIU) as an experimental platform. MPTT aims to develop LLMs’ ability to reason about complex scenarios, think multi-dimensionally, and have self-awareness. By alternating speaking and voting sessions, incorporating techniques like self-perspective, identity determination, and self-reflection, LLM agents make rational decisions through strategic concealment and communication. This framework can simulate real-world decision-making, promoting fairness and diversity in minority groups’ expression and communication. Preliminary results demonstrate the potential of MPTT to leverage LLMs’ cognitive capabilities for active participation in societal decision-making.
